 7^th Malvern Beavers Section Report 2009

We have 17 beavers in the section and we have had a good year of introducing new games, skills and activities; our leaders and helpers have also enjoyed the program of events and I am sure all are looking forward to the autumn term.

Some of the events that seem to have been the most successful were the horse riding, a visit to the Vets, the annual district sleepover [winter wonderland] and of course anything we do on the hills. Hopefully fishing and summer camp will prove just as popular.

I would like to thank all our leaders and helpers for their time as if it was not for all the help we get it would not be so much fun or as easy without them.

Richard Smith is moving away so unfortunately we will be losing a valuable member of our team. Equally our young leader Sam is also leaving; I think a special thank you should be said to him as he has shown himself to be reliable, helpful and great with the lads. So once again thank you Sam

So with some members leaving, new members will be invited to join us for our new term where we hope to provide lots more fun.
